Turner Property Recruitment are thrilled to be working alongside a leading Medium size organisation on their next hire in their thriving London office.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager with project team leader responsibility to join our client’s Health & Safety team in Eltham. You’ll work on a wide range of projects, including regeneration and education. Our client’s projects span across greater London and South East. The role involves working as part of a multi-skilled team alongside internal and external partners, executing project work as well as assisting in training and mentoring colleagues.
Responsibilities include:
Client liaison including include presentation of schemes, project programming and other matters affecting delivery of service. Act as the Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on a wide range of building types, utilising all standard forms of construction Appointing Professional Team and management of their performance Visiting sites, carrying out and issuing inspection reports Preparing and presenting initial appraisal and feasibility reports. Preparing and presenting outline design proposals, including preparation of budget estimate costs. Preparing full working drawings Contract administration Tenders, carrying out analysis and preparing reports Delegating any of the above duties whilst retaining responsibility for achievement.
The ideal candidate will have:
BSc (Hons) degree or similar in Building Surveying/Quantity surveying/ Project Management with relevant working experience Associate membership of RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent recognised qualification Experience leading a project team
Experience working in housing, residential and/or existing buildings
Fire safety experience is an advantage but not essential
