About the role

As the Performance Marketing Channel Manager (Referrals, Partnerships and Affiliates), you will be responsible for expanding our sales and marketing reach through the strategic development and management of brsk’s referral, partnership and affiliate programs. You will work within the marketing team to collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates and amplify our customer referral program. 

Key Responsibilities:

This purpose of this new role is to increase signups by strategising and executing referral and affiliate campaigns across traditional and digital channels - including social, digital, direct marketing and affiliate platforms, e.g. AWIN, as well as direct partnerships when required.

About you

This role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting growth opportunity to join a fast-growing brand, in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make an immediate impact. We are looking for someone with good experience and knowledge for driving sales conversions through referral, partnership and affiliate channels, along with being a proactive and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and channel partner management (including comparison websites) in a B2C environment. In this target-driven role, you will analyse data to gather insights and make informed decisions across the related channels, to boost growth and overall sales.

You will have strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions. WIth your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you willhave the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.

 

You will be a creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation through experimentation.

And finally, a proficiency in relevant software and tools such as CRM systems, affiliate tracking platforms, and analytics tools is key! 

 

 

Location
This role is predominately based workng from home. There will be a requirement for travel for work and team meetings as well as get togethers as and when needed. 

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000.00 DOE
