Seeking an experienced Business Developer to head up its fast-developing CCTV installation and Remote Monitoring division.

Based in Dublin this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to expand our footprint in this area and take responsibility for managing a division within a larger group. Representing Ireland's largest indigenous independent security provider with over 15 years of experience in both Physical and Virtual security.
Providing security solutions to a large and diverse client base. The successful candidate must be experienced in managing both online and offline marketing campaigns and have a strong sales background. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive who is commercially focused with an aptitude for technology without necessarily being technical themselves. An attractive package commensurate with the role and its responsibilities is available to the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for divisional performance
• Achieve new business targets
• Develop sales for CCTV, installations and remote monitoring to new customers and upsell to our existing customer base
• Have full responsibility for developing and managing the marketing function
• Execute high performance sales discipline in the following: o Sales/Pipeline Management o Target driven
• Maintain company ethos by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Skills Required:
• A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar or related role
• Ability to deliver on agreed targets
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter with an appetite for success
