The client is seeking a Transport Admin Coordinator to join their team. This role will be working within a small team and will give you the opportunity to hold some responsibility and autonomy as well; planning and managing the delivery process for the customer.

Job Description for the Transport Admin Coordinator:
- Planning & arranging transportation of manufactured goods.
- Booking in deliveries with customers.
- Achieving the best cost-effective shipments by utilising the software.
- Multi-tasking which requires strong attention to detail & administrative skills.
- Preparing driver's delivery notes.
- Liaising with Production & Customer service to ensure OTIF is achieved.
- Quote jobs for overseas deliveries and arrange once manufactured.
- Data input for the delivery log must be accurate & up to date.
- KPI’s & despatch analysis.
Candidate Requirements for the Transport Admin Coordinator role: - Excellent customer service background and communication skills
- Well-organised individual – someone who is used to multi-tasking
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong admin skills
- Good MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Someone who can evidence adaptability
- A well-motivated individual who can work well on their own initiative or within a team
- Geographical knowledge would be an advantage
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £25,000 Per Annum
