Recommended role for a Livein semiretired caretaker with security/military background.
Appreciative employer with newly acquired stunning property in the Cotswolds near Cirencester is looking to employ a retired caretaker/security person to live in the gate lodge and manage all security of the property.
This is a large estate consisting of multiple properties.
This role will ideally suit a semiretired candidate looking for a longterm role. Duties to include managing all aspects of security by ensuring the property is always secure dealing with contractors/tradesman when entering and exiting the property being point of contact at the gate at all times including perimeter checks throughout the day. Running errands helping with maintenance and gardening during quiet times will be required.
You must be well presented loyal and trustworthy with a full clean driver s license.
Days and hours vary so flexibility is required when principal is in residence.
Accommodation will be a newly renovated furnished 2 bed cottage (Partner and pets welcome regret no dependants).
Negotiable salary in the region of 38 40k gross pa.
