Experienced employment solicitor - Our Global Law firm client are looking for candidates with strong employment experience dealing with advisory and contentious matters.

Summary

• Job title: Associate
• Location: Manchester
• Salary: Up to £55,000
• Work pattern: Hybrid
• Previous Experience: 1 +PQE with respondent employment experience.

Ideal Candidate

The team provide expert advice to businesses across a range of sectors. The ideal candidate will have experience in:

• Representing clients in Tribunals and mediation's.
• Advising on various employment law matters, including discrimination, redundancy, disciplinary procedures, and employment contracts.
• Negotiating settlement agreements.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
