Duty Solicitor / Legal Executive

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester

Salary: £35k - £45k (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

The Role:

As a  Duty Solicitor / Legal Executive ,you will provide legal advice to individuals facing criminal charges, family law issues, or other legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with law enforcement to safeguard the legal rights of detained individuals.
• Keep detailed records of advice, actions, and information.
• Effectively communicate with clients, ensuring comprehension of their rights and the legal process.
• Participating in regular training sessions.

Requirements:

• Previously worked a Duty Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• Possess duty qualification or accreditation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable to prepare serious and technical cases.
• Have passion for client care.
