Job description
Reporting to the TM3 (Tissue Machine) Asset Leader, the process engineer safely drives asset performance and supports the shift teams on a daily basis. As your process engineer will be supporting the optimisation and development of the tissue manufacturing processes in terms of asset performance and product performance, ensuring tissue manufacturing assets can deliver against Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost KPI’s.
This is a day-based role.

About You
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Complying with all Kimberly - Clark safety systems & processes
Delivering KPI % targets on assets
Driving projects of continuous improvement
Maintaining and coaching of centerlining systems
Executing and coaching of process health checks
Be the key connection between shift teams and asset teams
Supporting and execution of trial activity
Supporting problem solving activities on asset, process and product
Prioritising process related activity on a day to day basis
Supporting project activity with process and technical input
Engaging with mill teams and operating teams to foster a Run to Target RTT culture via role modelling and operating systems
Upskilling across technologies within the mill
What you’ll bring...
Engineering Graduate with ideally a minimum 2 years’ experience in continuous process
Preferably experience in an FMCG or tissue/paper environment.
Numerate and computer literate, with exceptional analytical skills
Strong stakeholder management to be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the mill environment
