The opportunity

This well-established multi office law firm now seeks to recruit a Conveyancing Manager to join its successful residential property department. This role is a part-time position (21 hrs/ week).

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the residential conveyancing team continues to provide a high-quality service and complies with regulatory obligations, policies and procedures.

You will review and implement new processes and workflows, work with colleagues to ensure compliance in all areas including file reviews, audits, training, appraisals and anti-money laundering checks and encourage and support the conveyancing team as it move towards online systems. You will also liaise with external bodies, ensure accreditations are maintained, arrange and lead meetings and deal with complaints.

The candidate

You will be an experienced residential conveyancer looking for a change in direction within residential property or an individual with previous experience of ensuring compliance in a regulated industry.
