We are seeking a personable and energetic Graduate Recruitment Consultant. Our head office is based in London but we have consultants based throughout the UK and adopt an entirely flexible approach, so applications are welcome from graduates irrespective of their location.

Our day-to-day entails partnering with organisations to place IT, HR, Marketing and Finance vacancies. We are highly regarded for our ethical approach to recruitment and are seeking articulate graduates to join our growing team. You will join on a Graduate Scheme where you will learn the key skills of recruitment to kick-start your career to become an Account Manager in the future. This is an entry level position where comprehensive training will be provided. You will be fully briefed on how to identify a great CV, how to successfully conduct competency interviews, and how to build great relationships with our customers. In order to be suitable for this position you must be a personable graduate with a good degree and excellent communication skills.
