Accompanied Viewer (Estate Agency) - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

The Accompanied Viewer plays a crucial role in supporting our sales and lettings teams by conducting viewings, providing detailed property information, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective clients. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for property and a talent for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in helping people find their perfect home.
The Package Basic salary: £22,000
On target earnings: £23,000 - £25,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct viewings for sales and lettings properties, providing comprehensive information and answering any questions prospective clients may have.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive and memorable viewing experience.
- Coordinate viewing schedules in an efficient manner, liaising with the sales and lettings teams to maximize opportunities.
- Gather feedback from viewings and communicate this feedback to the relevant sales or lettings negotiator.
- Ensure properties are presented in the best possible light.
- Assist with the preparation of property details and marketing materials as required.
- Contribute to the overall success of the agency by providing exceptional customer service and supporting team objectives.
