Epsom/Hybrid | Central Operations | Permanent | Full Time: 37.5 hours

We are looking for an enthusiastic Change Analyst - NEPR with a passion for implementation.
Nuffield Health Electronic Patient Record (NEPR) is a large-scale change programme, which is implementing the TrakCare EPR across all Nuffield Health hospitals. As a Change Analyst you'll have responsibility for all elements of the change journey associated with the implementation of TrakCare into our hospitals.
As our Change Analyst - NEPR , you will;
Engage with senior programme and Hospital stakeholders and supporting all hospital staff and consultants to understand and learn new ways of working, related to the use of the system. This includes related business and clinical processes and workflows.
Support the successful delivery of training for all staff, consultants and other partners.
Track of outcomes and evaluation of the programme. Making the necessary adjustments.
Have operational knowledge of processes in Hospitals either in a Clinical and/or Administration environment
Be confident in managing change within large organisations ideally within a clinical environment
Be an effective stakeholder manager, communication and training, with evidence of adopting a flexible approach to suit the needs of different audiences
Due to the nature of this role, someone with a clinical qualification would be desirable.
