What you will do in your working day

You will learn how to;

• Work fast in Production
• How to enhance quality in the Lab
• How to optimise technology in Process
• How to innovate in Engineering
• How to keep your colleagues safe in Health & Safety.
• You will gain a commercial mindset, and an understanding of how important our customer relationships are to us

The training you will be getting

Reaseheath Training will be the apprenticeship training provider
The employer will give guidance and support throughout and a mentor will be assigned to you, you will be doing a  Foundation Degree in Dairy Technology. There will be some block release and on line delivery for the apprenticeship. 

At the end of your apprenticeship you will achieve a foundation degree apprenticeship

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

At the end of the two years, you will graduate with a level 5 Foundation Degree in Dairy Technology at Reaseheath College in partnership with The University of Chester, via a mix of practical and classroom based learning. You will also gain a Level 3 award in Health & Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP along with a breadth of experience across all core elements of food manufacturing. 

At the end of your apprenticeship, it will be up to you to choose which rotation you enjoyed the most, and to decide which team you see a future in. Arla Foods is your oyster.
