Job Title: HR and Payroll Manager
Salary: GBP45,000 (FTE)
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
Hours: 21 - 25 hours per week, can be flexible on days and times.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of payroll processes.
Highly organised and good attention to detail.
Proactive and positive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop HR initiatives and implement across the business.
Manage employee documentation and ensure records are maintained.
Providing advice and support to line managers.
Attend HR meetings and provide guidance on grievances and disciplinaries.
Co-ordinate annual performance reviews and appraisals.
Generate and input payroll data and check all payroll data ahead of submitting.
Process year end procedures and produce P60s.
Manage the recruitment process, posting job ads, reviewing candidates, and arranging interviews.
Conducting initial interviews with candidates.
Managed the onboarding process for new starters.
