You do not need any experience or particular

qualifications

to become a care professional. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and comfortable in spending time in the company of others.

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our friendly team in Shepperton, Sunbury and Ashford at the weekends  . As a care professionals, you will provide a variety of home services to help them keep independent in their own home - this includes,

• Personal Care Duties
• Administering Medication
• Trips out and about
• Companionship
• Home Help

We can offer you-

• Excellent rates of pay up to £13.49 per hour
• Mileage allowance of 45p per mile
• Full training
• 24hr support
• work in your area

Qualifications

You do not need any specific qualification for this role but being over the age of 18, and access to your own transport is essential for this position.
