You will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales and interpersonal skills, guiding potential homeowners through the purchasing process and helping them find their dream home! v community.
Details:
- £30k-£34k basic, £50k-£55k OTE
- 5 Days a week on a rota
- 1 weekend off a month to begin
- 9am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, providing them with detailed information about the development and available properties.
- Conduct property tours and assist clients in visualising the potential of our homes within the regeneration project.
- Understand and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of our properties, emphasising sustainability, modern amenities, and community benefits.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local market and competitors.
- Handle negotiations, contracts, and paperwork in an organised and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in new home sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and an understanding of regeneration projects.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
