Responsibilities

• Manage your portfolio of customers and serve as their first point of contact for any queries.
• Produce and refresh sales quotations and keep your customers up to date with any pricing movements within the market.
• Upsell products to build customer account value.
• Keep customer details up to date on our in-house CRM systems.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Support your customers with after-sales support and customer care.
