Job Title: Maths Teacher
Location: Telford
Contract: Full-Time
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher for a Telford school. This is a full-time position focusing on teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 & 4 students, ensuring that lessons are tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress using a variety of methods and provide constructive feedback to support their development and achievement.
Differentiated Instruction: Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning needs and abilities of students, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
Behaviour Management: Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning, and effectively manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for enhancing the Maths curriculum and improving student outcomes.
Parent and Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries in a timely manner.
