Job description

I am partnering with a boutique investment bank, in their search for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a 6-9 month fixed term basis. This will be a project focused role, where you will get exposure to senior stakeholders and be able to make a real impact on the HR function in terms of best practice and process.

This HR Advisor role is an opportunity to get involved in various projects including an HRIS implementation, change of payroll provider, you will have strong employment law knowledge to be able to review policy and process. This will be a fast pace role, where you are able to manage your workload and work with a lot of autonomy to drive forward to the various projects. You will also be supporting on projects across the full employee lifecycle and will be able to make meaningful contributions to the HR function.

The successful HR Advisor will be conscientious, and proactive with excellent relationship-building skills to be a trusted partner to the business.

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Operations role in Financial or Professional Services
• Delivery of HR Projects, including HRIS implementation
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and understanding of a regulatory environment
• Conscientious and excellent attention to detail to deliver on HR best practice
• Personable and excellent communication skills

Hybrid working available in Central London.
