In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide personalized one-on-one tutoring to students in their own homes, or from your home. Whether it's helping students improve their reading comprehension, writing skills, or preparing for exams, you will play a crucial role in supporting their academic success and helping them reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Excellent command of the English language
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans
• Flexibility to work with students in their own homes, or yours
• Valid work permit or eligibility to work in the UK
• Up-to-date DBS/CRB check (we can assist with this if required)

All Tutor Doctor clients have been visited and vetted by ourselves, so you know tutoring is safe and that the student and family are fully committed. We handle all contracts, so you are given long-term assignments, and are paid monthly and on time. Hourly rates are £20 - £25 according to experience, qualifications, and the level you will be teaching. Slightly higher rates of around £30 an hour would be considered for exceptionally qualified, highly experienced candidates.
