We're looking for a full-time permanent production coordinator to join our team. The role will support our in-house Producers and Head of Production, and will be based at our studio in Balham, London. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who ideally has experience in branded content. This role will suit someone who loves being organised and one step ahead, is able to spin several plates at once, someone who is well-rounded and a self-starter, takes ownership of tasks, communicates well, enjoys being part of a small team and loves making beautiful content. Responsibilities would include liaising with crew and other freelancers, creating call sheets and risk assessments, production logistics for international shoots including carnets, visas and filming permits. Polar Media create film, animation, VFX, and interactive content, specialising in short form branded factual content for science, technology, energy and engineering. This role is for an immediate start.
