JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you an experienced hospitality manager? Are you familiar with the operations of hospitality in a face-paced environment?

We have a vacancy for a hospitality manager to join our team. You will be supporting both the general manager and deputy general manager in achieving the operational objectives of the business including budgetary targets. You will be responsible for coordinating all marketing, food and bar offers as well as managing, motivating and developing your team.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

• Manage the entire hospitality operation, both front and back of house.
• Work alongside the general manager to achieve and exceed operational objectives including budgetary targets.
• Whilst setting an example, ensure all employees deliver an exceptional standard of customer service whilst complying with company standards, food hygiene procedures and legislation, and licensing laws at all times.
• Ongoing staff motivation, development, and training.
• Ensuring the hospitality department remains of a high standard in relation to equipment, presentation, service, and overall ambience.
