TC Personnel Ltd are a unique recruitment company based in Southfields, Basildon and we are currently looking to grow the team with a new Business Development Consultant.
Although we are a young company, we punch above our weight looking after some very large key clients, across a wide range of vertical sectors and we wish to continue with our success and win additional new clients.
We are now looking for a new Part Time member of staff with a proven track record within a recruitment agency, either as a consultant, or telesales consultant.

Required Skills
Must have a track record of providing excellent levels of customer service.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tenacious and a good work ethic.
Experience of prospecting and winning new business clients within the recruitment industry.
Must be highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be prepared to make Telesales calls, as well as reaching out to prospects using email/LinkedIn etc
Working with TC Personnel
We always try to ensure our staff are happy in their work and enjoy occasional social events.
We are not an aggressive sales company, our clients generally come to us as they have worked with our staff for many years, but we are of course always happy to take on new clients, so if you have a client base to bring, that would be a bonus, but not essential.
You will receive a basic salary to be agreed and commission for each placement that occurs in new business clients that you have won.
Working Hours and Flexibility
We are looking for someone to work between 16 and 24 hours per week, but we can be flexible
If you have children at school and want to work around them, you are welcome to work from 09.30 to 14.30 if that helps you and it doesn’t matter how many days per week you work
If you needed to have the school holidays off, over and above standard accrued holidays, we can accommodate that, but you will of course only be paid for the standard 4 weeks holiday (pro rata) plus bank holidays, as well as your birthday, so any additional holiday taken would be unpaid.
If you are busy and want to increase hours accordingly, that is also fine.
We do however require commitment and reliability to work the hours agreed and to make sure that this flexible approach isn’t taken for granted.
