Title: PA to Director
Location: Wirral
Hours: M-F (40 per week), office based
Salary: £35k (possibly negotiable depending upon experience), 20 days holiday plus bank hols, pension, discretionary bonus

This person will be supporting the MD of the business, and build a strong relationship built on trust and respect.
Key duties
Everything you'd expect from a traditional PA role - from managing their emails (responding on their behalf), to managing their diary, organising travel arrangements (UK and internationally), handling expenses, writing reports and assisting with powerpoint presentations, liaising with customers on their behalf. You'll also be supporting the wider office - keeping an eye on stationery, welcoming visitors etc. Social Media and Marketing is also part of this role (you're not expected to be an expert), posting social media posts, spell-checking, liaising with external marketing agencies etc.
All in all - it's super busy but very varied and really rewarding!
What experience you'll need?
You'll be an experienced EA/PA and will have demonstrable experience in a similar role. You'll be extremely organised, able to multi task and love having a varied role. Personality wise, you'll enjoy working in a buoyant office, building long term relationships with your colleagues. You'll be able to work for a small business, and have flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when required (not often!).
