Job description
A multi product retailer is seeking a deputy manager for its store in the Hythe area. The company is currently achieving unprecedented sales growth and is expanding its teams to meet the rising customer demand. As the deputy manager, you will collaborate with other management to enhance sales and service by effectively overseeing your department. Fast paced, high sales revenue and high end products, requires someone that likes a challenge and to be able to grow with the company. Coaching and mentoring the sales team is key and meeting company standards for the customer experience. The ideal candidate will come from a retail based background, where you can demonstrate your p[people leadership skills, whilst maintaining a commercial approach. The basic salary is up to £29,000, accompanied by a performance-related annual bonus of up to 12% of your salary.
