Your role as a Customer Service Representative is to Provide timely and effective administrative support to customers, a sales team, unit, or department following established procedures and guidelines. Based at our Dunstable site, this full-time (Mon-Fri) role is offering 3 days office based and the flexibility to work 2 days at home. This is a fixed term contract until 30/10/24.
Experience using SAP, CRM’s, and Microsoft Excel is desirable
Self-motivated; able to work on own initiative to achieve work objectives
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Able to communicate verbally and in writing
