Kitchen & Bathroom Products – Multiple Retail, Distribution & House Builder Markets
c. GBP120,000pa + Attractive Car, Bonus & Benefits
Location – Midlands

The Role
Reporting to the Group Managing Director and leading a national sales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a national sales strategy that grows their market share and profitability.

The Person
You will be an experienced and inspirational sales leader, who is well used to growing and developing teams that deliver exceptional results.

Experience of successfully selling technical products/solutions into our client's target markets: Multiple Retail, Distribution & House Builder is essential.

You will need to be:

• A charismatic and inspirational sales leader
• Strategically and tactically strong
• A team player, who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues alike
• An excellent communicator, able to influence and persuade at all levels
