Lifted Entertainment (Part of ITV Studios) are looking for Welfare Producer’s to join the department for various structured reality shows:
Role: Welfare Producer
The ideal candidates will have experience working on contributor focused high profile shows and must have a wealth of contestant experience, as well as an understanding of Duty of Care & welfare protocols in the current programme-making landscape..
You will have experience in writing and developing Duty of Care protocols
You will ideally have handled Duty of Care protocols for a reality show (but this is preferred and not compulsory)
You will have experience with working closely with a psychologist for the duration of a show from Fitness to Participate to aftercare.
You will have the ability to handle sensitive information and a clear and thorough understanding of GDPR regulations.
You will have a great eye for detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to stay on top of deadlines and schedules.
You will have a background in running a team and managing people.
You will also be confident working in busy environments and to tight deadlines.

LOCATION:
Please note you will need to be able to travel abroad for the first three weeks of June
Role is London Office based & UK Shoot/Filming
There may be the possibility to wfh on some days per week (schedule dependant - to be confirmed with production team)
For these roles, we are looking for recent, relevant, TV credits for major broadcasters and SVODs, please do not apply if you don't have this.
