Deputy Head - Staff, Compliance and Operations

The Opportunity

Required September 2024

The Head, with Governors of Holme Grange School, are seeking to appoint an outstanding candidate who is an effective leader capable of bringing imagination and innovation to the School's Senior Leadership Team.

The ideal candidate will work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to:

• Assist the Head in communicating and delivering the vision for the School Ensure that Holme Grange is a wonderful environment in which to work
• Ensure that the pupils receive the best possible holistic educational experience
• Uphold high standards of pupil welfare, discipline, dress and behaviour within all aspects of school life Deputise for the Head as required
• Exercise academic, operational and pastoral leadership in the school
• Inspire, encourage and empower Holme Grange staff and pupils to achieve their very best
• Play a full part in the life of the School community, supporting its distinctive mission and ethos
