Job description

About you:
• We’re looking for someone who has a background in customer service, and who is already confident when speaking to customers over the phone and by email.

• You’ll be someone who already works well in a busy team environment and can adapt to changing situations and customer demands.

• You will be someone who likes to investigate customer queries and seeks a resolution – making sure that the customers experience is of the highest standard possible.

The Role
As an Account Executive working in our Change of Ownership (COO/COT) or Midmarket customer service teams you will work with a range of small-medium enterprise (SME) business customers to understand their queries and seek a resolution, using investigation and analysis and working with colleagues across the business to ensure a timely resolution.

The Interview Process
Interviews will be held on Friday 08 March where candidates will be asked to complete a number of practical assessments related to this position. Please note that if you are not able to attend the interview day we may not be able to consider your application at this time so we encourage early applications to secure a timeslot as soon as possible.

Candidates will be offered a guaranteed start date of Tuesday 02 April

Working Pattern
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 – 1700, Monday to Friday.
