This position is a varied and a role well suited to you if you are happy to have a varied role where you are not just desk-bound! Equally this role would be perfect for you if you are happy & confident to multi-task successfully and thrive off of this. 

As their newly appointed Shipping Administrator you will be responsible for;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for UK goods receiving/shipping, for both ICT and customer shipments.
• Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, commercial invoices and customs documentation as needed.
• Resolve shipping-related issues promptly and communicate any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movement.
• Conduct regular cycle counts

We will be keen to hear from you if you can demonstrate: 

• Excellent organisational skills
• Background in shipping is not a deal-breaker, but if you have worked in a similar capacity then brilliant! 
• High level of attention to detail 
• Ability to confidently communicate
