Customer Marketing Manager - 12 month contract
Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Customer Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement customer-focused marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Utilise customer data and insights to tailor marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
Retention and Upsell Initiatives:
- Develop strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and capitalise on expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
Content Creation and Communication:
- Develop compelling marketing collateral, newsletters, and other communication materials targeted at existing customers.
- Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and valuable resources that resonate with our customer audience.
Customer Advocacy Programs:
- Establish and manage customer advocacy programs, identifying and nurturing customer advocates.
- Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the events team to coordinate customer-focused events and webinars.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse customer data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
