Job description

Customer Marketing Manager - 12 month contract

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Customer Marketing Strategies:

    • Create and implement customer-focused marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
    • Utilise customer data and insights to tailor marketing initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
  2. Retention and Upsell Initiatives:

    • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and upsell opportunities.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify and capitalise on expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
  3. Content Creation and Communication:

    • Develop compelling marketing collateral, newsletters, and other communication materials targeted at existing customers.
    • Collaborate with the content team to create relevant and valuable resources that resonate with our customer audience.
  4. Customer Advocacy Programs:

    • Establish and manage customer advocacy programs, identifying and nurturing customer advocates.
    • Leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
    • Collaborate with the events team to coordinate customer-focused events and webinars.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
