Job Role: PSV Assistant Engineering Manager Salary: £59,434 Inc Shift Allowance Location: Barking   A great opportunity has for an Assistant Engineering Manager has come up for a client of mine in the East London area.   My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot in the East London area are looking to recruit an Assistant Engineering Manager on a fulltime basis.   Applicants must have a proven track record of fleet engineering management, have bus/coach experience and preferably recognised by Engineering Qualifications.   Our Assistant Engineering Manager will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that the role brings, be able to deliver and exceed high standards of customer service, manager and motivate a technical team, ensure company standards are adhered to and improvements identified in all aspects of the engineering facility, ensure all engineering KPIs/financial budgets are delivered, programme and oversee preventative maintenance and comply and adhere to standards with regards to Health, Safety and environment and quality engineering systems.   Possession of excellent communication skills and experience of effective team management also required.   To apply for this exciting Assistant Engineering Manager role with one of the region’s leading commercial vehicle maintainers: Reply to this advert with an up to date copy of your CV or call David at Kemp Recruitment on the office number.
