Property Litigation Paralegal
JS Legal Recruitment are excited to be working with one of the leading regional law firms in London and South East LEXCEL accredited. Offering a full range of legal advice to business and individual clients. Our client is recruiting for an experienced Property Litigation Paralegal.

The role
• Provide document support and management in the course of Real Estate Litigation, including organising, collating reviewing and supplying court bundles
• Attending to clients
• Assist with billing process
• Handling Debt Recovery
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes
• Neighbour and Boundary Disputes
• Eviction of tenants on behalf of Landlords
• Commercial disputes
• Property disputes
• Breach of contract claims
• Liaising with courts
Experience
• Recent Litigation experience
• LPC qualification desirable but not essential
• An interest in Real Estate, both Commercial and Residential landlord and tenant law and fire safety post Grenfell would be an assist
• Excellent working knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to support the team’s work and a desire to gain experience to be able to run your own files as part of a larger team
