PERMANENT ROLE / 33 DAYS HOLIDAY / EARLY FINISH EVERY FRIDAY / PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES

An opening for a Graduate Industrial Engineer at a Redditch based, Aerospace manufacturer. This role will be accountable for delivering consistent product to schedule and to standard.
" Analyse operations design workflows and production processes
" Develop, design and production standards in cooperation with management
" Conduct time studies based on new product introduction or updated process changes
" Establish computer-based productivity labour standards
" Applying Industrial Engineering concepts and techniques
" Assisting in developing models, data bases, and spreadsheets to analyse data
" Introducing new product to set standards and process
" Adopt new technology / novel processing routes

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:
" Degree educated engineer, preferably experienced producing aerospace products
" HNC or ONC qualification preferred, but not essential if relevant experience demonstrated
" Foundation understanding of material science and metallurgy
" Forging, Manufacturing Engineering experience
" Process and design understanding
" Proven track record
