About the Role
What you'll be doing: We're currently recruiting an ambitious hospitality service assistant to help us create exceptional hospitality experiences for Business & Industry on a full time basis. The role is based at a luxury car manufacture in Crewe, hours of work are 35 Hours Monday to Friday between 7am and 15:00, the role includes 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays and the Christmas period off.
As a hospitality assistant, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding hospitality experience for our customers in the market-leading food service company in the UK. Your key responsibilities will include: To ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to
To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able to advise individual customers on their product choice
To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
