Job description
Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operatives on behalf of a Global Manufacturer located in Hykeham, Lincoln. We have various positions available in departments such as Bench, CNC Machining, Assembly, and Metal Preparation.
What will I be doing?
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
What skills and experience do I need? - Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What hours will I be working? Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating from shifts.
A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 1:35 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 12:45 pm (No Premium)
B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25 pm to 9:05 pm, Friday 12:35 pm to 7:00 pm (20% Premium)
What will I be paid? Pay is based on a grading system.
A Shift: Starting at £11.42 per hour.
B Shift: Starting at £13.70 per hour
