Job description

We are looking for talented beauty therapists, minimum level 3 or equivalent, to join our strong and supportive team at our award winning salon in Merstham, near Redhill, Surrey.

The role is a varied one, we offer everything from manicures / pedicures, general waxing, lash / brow treatments to advanced skin therapies and massage. You will need to have worked in beauty salons for at least two years, and experience with intimate waxing, electrolysis and facial electrical technologies would be an advantage. However, training and support will of course be provided to the right candidate.

We believe in properly rewarding our team for their passion and commitment to providing our clients with the highest standards of treatments and care. Pay will be according to experience, starting from £12.50 per hour, plus a profit share bonus structure, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), and the option to join the company pension scheme. Our team receive other little extras, like gifts on special occasions and a hamper at Christmas, and we are very flexible around family life.

The position would be part time to begin with, minimum 16 hours per week, worked over 6 days. This will include alternate Saturdays and one late evening, and extra hours will be available to cover holidays and sickness.
