We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with experience of working with young adults. The CPA Technician will take an active role in the upkeep of our music and drama tech (Mac suite, recording studio, performance lighting/sound) and complete weekly departmental administration, as well as manage the practice room spaces and liaise with our BEAT staff, who teach instrumental lessons at the school. Fostering a spirit of positive engagement in performance and stage tech amongst the student body is important, and the successful candidate will run enrichment groups for students wanting to learn more. They will also support our active performance calendar and GCSE coursework recordings/submissions.
