An excellent opportunity has arisen for an inventory clerk to join an award-winning independent Estate Agency business within their office in Runcorn. My clients have a superb local reputation and are keen for a likeminded individual to join their award winning team.   

Inventory Clerk – Benefits

• £21,500 basic salary plus monthly bonus (£200 – £300 pcm) + Quarterly bonus
• 5 day working week
• Mileage paid
• Funded team events

Inventory Clerk – Duties:

• Attending mid term inspections.
• Conducting both pre and post tenancy inventory reports.
• Uploading reports to internal database.
• Helping with maintenance issues.

Inventory Clerk – Experience Needed

• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills
• You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
• Excellent organisation skills and punctuality are paramount
