Are you a Production Manager with a background in Process Engineering/Chemical Engineering? Do you wish to further your skills in challenging yet rewarding role?

A market leading biotech manufacturing company are offering a great senior role in their manufacturing team. You would be joining a company that prides itself on its highly accurate and high-quality service whilst performing to the letter of the ISO standards accredited.

Use your in depth Chemical engineering knowledge and experience with leading a manufacturing plant to exceed in this role. You require a minimum of a BSc in a chemical/engineering subject and production lead experience to apply for this role:

Duties include:

• Leading by example through setting and maintaining high operating standards to ensure safe, sustainable, and reliable operations within the commercial facility.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of your team including working closely with the HSEQ manager
• Delivering a resource and production plan to meet sales volumes.
• Tracking operational KPI’s, identifying root causes of any missed metrics and implementing solutions to meet the plan.
• Managing the interface with the projects team including delivering the operational commissioning process of new plant and equipment.
