Hours per week: 36 hours
Salary: £31,108-£41,045pa for qualified Lecturers, £26,637-£29,484pa for unqualified Lecturers inclusive of London Weighting

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Agriculture to provide excellent teaching and assessing Agricultural subjects and contribute to support curriculum development.
The Lecturer in Agriculture will be responsible for teaching and assessing Agricultural subjects, conducting student tutorials, providing specialised advice on animal care, supporting curriculum development, ensuring animal welfare and coordinating practical activities. The role also involves contributing to the development of new courses, modules, and activities, and fulfilling additional duties as directed by the Head of Arboriculture, Environmental Conservation and Agriculture.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an educational or training environment and have strong administrative experience. Additionally, they will hold effective communication and organisational skills alongside the ability to develop positive working relations with individuals at all levels. They will hold experience and relevant knowledge about the agricultural field.
