Position: Teacher of German (Key stage 3 & 4)
Location: Harrow
Start Date: Easter

Step Teacher are collaborating with an ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rated school that are seeking a highly qualified and motivated German Teacher to join their esteemed institution as a German Language Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality German language lessons to a diverse student body. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the school’s academic community and play a pivotal role in fostering language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive German language classes, ensuring a supportive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor students' language proficiency, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall language education program.
• Stay informed about best practices in language instruction and incorporate innovative teaching methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in German, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching German to diverse groups of learners.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with language proficiency frameworks and assessment tools.
