Competitive salary £22.50 per hour plus a Golden Hello payment*

We are looking to recruit Registered Nurses who are passionate about care of the elderly and who have a caring and compassionate nature. Our luxurious and nurturing environment offers extensive opportunities for personal and professional development.

Dora Rose Care Home is part of the Macc Care group and we are looking to recruit experienced nurses to join our team of special people who provide the highest standards of care in this 71-bed state-of-the-art care home. We offer a range of facilities and living space designed specifically to cater for people living with physical disability, dementia or who simply require support to cope with everyday living.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone with:

• An active NMC pin (essential)
• Full UK driving license (preferred)
• Dedication, compassion and empathy
• Person centred approach to care
• Good understanding of the regulatory framework
• Clinical excellence with up-to-date clinical practices
• Ability to produce well developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Flexible and ‘can do’ approach
