Assistant Area Housing Manager (North Region) (Ref 2024-34)
Location: North Region locations
The Assistant Area Housing Manager (AAHM) is an essential part of the management team and will provide a full range of housing management functions within an Area Office. They will lead their teams to deliver a high quality, value for money and comprehensive housing management service to residents in a specific Area.
The current salary for this post is £38,233 - £48,474 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
