My client is a well-established regional firm, well regarded for corporate and commercial work. They are seeking an ambitious NQ to join their busy and high-performing team in Brighton.
You will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic team on a diverse range of corporate matters, with great exposure to high calibre work which includes lucrative deals in areas such as private equity, the team is also known to work with a range interesting and notable clients including niche areas such as the travel sector and multimedia. This is an innovative team which will provide the successful candidate with a broad exposure to the full range of corporate work, holding their own with rival firms in the City in terms of quality and value.
You will also benefit from the firm's internal development and mentoring; they have a non-hierarchical structure and give their solicitors the freedom to develop new areas of interesting work whilst giving you hands-on training and guidance.
