Crosfields is a thriving co-educational day school for girls and boys aged 3-16. The School blends tradition with modern approaches to education, preparing children for both their next steps and the demands of an ever-changing world. With approximately 800 pupils, Crosfields boasts a vibrant and diverse community where each child and their individuality are celebrated.

The governing board is looking to appoint a new Director of Finance & Operations who will work alongside the Head and Governors to develop and deliver long-term strategic planning as well as managing all commercial and administrative matters.
The successful candidate will possess excellent financial qualifications and will have led and managed a wide breadth of operational functions. They will need to have high level communication skills with the ability to listen to others in order to underpin dynamic and collaborative relationship building with Governors, the Head, staff and parents.
