Job description

Administer Zoom and Ticketsource for a local history group in Lewes

What will you be doing?

The role involves: setting up and managing meetings and webinars in Zoom; creating both online and venue events in Ticketsource; reporting on attendances and ticket sales; participating in committee meetings if desired.

Although this can be done remotely, we'd like someone who lives locally, so that they can attend the occasional F2F committee meeting (most are Zoom), and also have a familiarity with the place and community served.

What are we looking for?

The role would suit anyone with a good IT background who would like to contribute to the continued running of a group that has become a key part of Lewes' cultural life. Experience of an online meeting tool and an online ticketing system would be useful

What difference will you make?

Lewes History Group has successfully delivered Zoom webinars (one a month) to audiences in excess of 250 since 2020 and managed and tracked their attendances via Ticketsource.

Without the expertise to continue doing this, LHG will be unable to continue.
