Sales Manager (Engineering / Construction)

£45,000 - £55,000 + Performance based Commission + Company Vehicle + 24 Days Holiday + Company Pension

Office / Field Based around South Wales, Commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Bridgend, Swansea, Port Talbot, Pontyclun and Pontypridd.

Are you from a Sales background looking to take the next step in you career into a Managerial position where you will have the opportunity to grow a small team of Sales Engineers and gain recognition and training into the industry in a highly autonomous role, all whilst boosting your annual income with performance-based commission structures and salary reviews?

The well-established company are market leaders in the Plant Engineering Industry, working with a wide variety of specialist equipment and are looking at growing the team and their existing client base hence the requirement for additional engineers to support these exciting plans.

On offer is the chance for a Sales expert to join an exciting and motivated team where you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the department. You will be responsible for managing a small team whilst maintaining and growing the existing customer base to assist the expansion of the business.

This role would suit an experienced Sales Engineer looking for the next step in their career in a role where you will have the ability to grow a team and client base, gaining recognition in this highly reputable company.
