Mental Health Practitioner - Occupational Therapy/Social work/Nurse
We are looking for a dynamic, pragmatic Occupational Therapist / Social worker or Nurse to join our fabulous Team.
The mental Health practitioner role will work within a team based model where you work within a neighbourhood connected to primary care and local VCSE organisations. As a Team of mental health practitioners, recovery workers and peer support workers you will be overseeing a group of people experiencing mental health difficulties.
You will provide mental health intervention's such as anxiety management, stabilisation, graded exposure, safety planning etc
Depending on your professional background you will share your expertise and knowledge through joint work, case based discussion and professional supervision.
